It's hard enough on a parent when your kids are growing up and out of the kids' room and play room phase. As much as we dread stepping on Lego's (that REALLY HURTS) we are forlorn when we pack them up for the last time. Their growing limbs hanging over their toddler beds pull at parental heartstrings.
Here's where parents of twin were when they called us: it was time to let the kids grow up and separate their girls into their own spaces. The bedrooms had to accommodate sleepovers as well as be a place the girls can sit and read and just be alone. The playroom had to work for their growing homework load.
It was fun getting to know these girls: two completely different styles and needs and energies all in the same house.
