My client purchased a townhouse and decided despite the small space, he just had to have an 80" TV. It was a challenge for sure!! He loved all things modern and wanted a room that was sleek and clean but comfortable. Task One was to make that ENORMOUS TV not overtake the room. We added a Dimplex electric fireplace and built the room around that.
